Engineering Product Support Facility

Consolidating military engineers and logisticians under one roof was important and necessary.
Fleet Readiness Center East needed a new, modern facility in which to consolidate their corps of engineers and logisticians. The company they trusted to make their vision real? Haskell.

We gave military operations room to work with harmony and efficiency.
The Engineering Product Support Facility at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point is a two-story, 35,000-square-foot engineering facility. The facility provides a defueled/purged aircraft high bay area for full-scale aircraft engineering investigations, laboratories, administrative offices, communications and conference rooms, and mechanical/electrical support areas.

The facility earned sustainable and performance gold stars.
When the completed facility earned LEED® Gold Certification, Haskell exceeded the Government requirement of delivering a facility that achieved Silver certification. It is also compliant with DOD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings and Windborne-Debris-Impact-Resistance Performance (hurricane standards).

Green Features
