Falcons Landing

Falcons Landing had grand aspirations and heroic residents.
Creating a premier senior community starts with development and never ends. Our work for the 319-unit continuing care retirement community for retired U.S. military officers and their spouses earned the honor of being named one of the fifty best in the nation. Falcons Landing, located on a 33-acre wooded site just outside of Washington, D.C., utilized Haskell’s integrated turnkey senior living services to plan and design a community that our nation’s heroes would be proud to call home.
Our specialists simplified life without downsizing lifestyle options.
The master planned community contains five, five-story buildings with 239 apartments and underground parking, plus 80 surrounding patio and manor homes. From a 47,000-square-foot Community Center overlooking a beautiful town center plaza, residents have easy access to a formal dining room, lounge, meeting rooms, pool and spa, plus daily conveniences such as a beauty and barber shop, chapel, post office and branch banking office. Falcons Landing also incorporates a two-story, 54,000-square-foot Health Center for residents requiring assisted living and skilled nursing or dementia care.
