Paradise Valley Estates wanted to meet the needs of aging residents effectively.
Paradise Valley Estates, a continuing care retirement community developed for military officers and spouses, selected Haskell to design and build the original 728,000-square-foot master planned neighborhood. When the time came to expand the community’s assisted living options, they again turned to the senior living and lifestyle experts at Haskell.
Our resident-centered solution brought a growing population safe, assisted living options.
The 40-unit assisted living addition came to life in the well-appointed 48,000-square-foot Quail Creek facility. The scope also included a 2,000-square-foot addition to the attached recreation building and the renovation of an existing dining facility. Quail Creek apartments offer residents community-wide amenities such as chef-prepared meals, onsite health care, and a host of recreational, social and cultural activities plus the added security of around-the-clock assistance.
Community services grow deeper and stronger to care for residents.
With the Quail Creek addition, Paradise Valley Estates now houses more than 500 residents on the 68-acre Northern California site. The community’s assisted living environment provides residents with the security, amenities and convenience they want with an extra dose of personalized care when needed.
